The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Workday Talent &amp; Performance + Recruiting module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and Support Workday Talent &amp; Performance and Recruiting functionalities to enhance talent acquisition, goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and hiring processes. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.
