About you: As a Business Development Representative for Access you’ll be focusing on the Hospitality Industry across Australia and New Zealand. Blending you passion for Hospitality along with your sales skills to help propel the growth of the ResDiary business within APAC. You’ll be resilient and able to work in an autonomous environment, sourcing your own leads and uncovering new opportunities for the Account Exec team to pursue. Day-to-day, you will: • Researching and prospecting for new opportunities using phone and email outreach, following up on leads within Hubspot CRM to maximise conversion rates. Whilst there is an element of inbound in this role 90% of your opportunities will be outbound • Clearly communicating ResDiary value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit • Booking in Demos for the Account Executive team • Providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance sales process and optimize lead generation efforts. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Ideally a minimum of 3 years' sales and/or hospitality industry experience. • Success in creating new sales opportunities, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset and a passionate focus on achieving goals. • An ability to deliver results under pressure, using your strong communication skills in tandem with adeptness at conveying ideas persuasively and building rapport. • Using your proficiency in Hubspot, or a comparable CRM system, you'll thrive both independently and as an engaged member within a collaborative team environment.
