Job Description

  • Manage and grow strategic global & regional corporate accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee implementation and performance of corporate travel programs.
  • Lead business reviews, track KPIs, and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure SLA, contract, and policy compliance across all supported markets.
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Support RFPs, contract renewals, and commercial discussions Identify upsell and account growth opportunities.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and strategic recommendations to clients

Job Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in corporate travel, account management, or client servicing within a TMC or travel industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel programs, policies, and global travel operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-market corporate accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience handling RFPs, contract management, and service-level agreements.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-cultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as required.
