Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resource Support Executive to provide administrative support for various HR functions. This role is fully remote and primarily involves maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, processing payroll data, tracking attendance and leave, and ensuring HR information is accurately maintained using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee personal records and HR databases.</li>
<li>Compile, verify, and organize employee information received from clients.</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related documents including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Employment Offer Letters</li>
<li>Employment Contracts</li>
<li>Confirmation Letters</li>
<li>Salary Adjustment Letters</li>
<li>Warning Letters</li>
<li>Resignation Acceptance Letters</li>
<li>Other HR correspondence as required.</li>
</ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll data accurately using Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Calculate overtime, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave, and other payroll adjustments.</li>
<li>Maintain attendance records and monitor employee punctuality.</li>
<li>Track annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, and other leave entitlements.</li>
<li>Ensure employee information remains confidential and secure.</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and payroll summaries when required.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain electronic employee files and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist clients with day-to-day HR administrative matters.</li>
<li>Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.</li>
</ul>

• Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters and process payroll in Excel; track attendance and leave.
• Join a client-focused HR team supporting clients remotely.
• Fully remote internship with hands-on payroll, HR docs and client exposure!
