The main purpose of a collector is to manage customer’s account on monthly basis, ensure all accounts pay before due date &amp; to ensure customer’s account maintain and does not increase in ageing.

<li>Responsible to each separate individual result (collection result).</li>
<li>Advise customer to make the payment on time.</li>
<li>Re act as a reminder to remind customer regarding the payment due date</li>
<li>Response customer request based on the customer requirement</li>
<li>To ensure to maintain customer service and company image.</li>
<li>Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues.</li>
<li>Extensive follow up with customer via phone calls/email/fax to ensure that they pay in accordance with credit term.</li>
<li>Ensure good clients relationship &amp; service levels.</li>
</ul>
