<li>Engage with prospective students and parents through consultations (online and offline)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide accurate information and guidance on programmes and enrolment pathways&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments&nbsp;</li>
<li>Achieve individual enrolment targets (KPI-based performance role)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain proper records and updates in the CRM/system&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with the team to improve conversion strategies and student experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deliver a high level of service quality reflected in customer feedback and reviews&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Work Structure &amp; Expectations</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Peak Period (April – July | Post-SPM Season)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>High-intensity period with increased workload&nbsp;</li>
<li>Working hours:&nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li>Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM&nbsp;</li>
<li>Weekends: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (rotational basis)&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Weekend work required on rotation (in-office or WFH arrangement)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leave is restricted during this period due to high conversion activity&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Off-Peak Period</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Normal working hours&nbsp;</li>
<li>Weekend work not required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leave is allowed and flexible scheduling is available&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lower but continuous enrolment activity</li>
</ul>
