■ JOB PURPOSE
Service Administrator is mainly to provide administrative support to Service Department, play an important role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services and maintaining exceptional clients’ satisfaction.
This role acts as the central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of after-sales and maintenance services by ensuring efficient coordination, monitoring, documentation, and communication.
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Service Coordination
• Monitor the service job status for smooth arrangement of material purchase, job planning and invoice billing.
• Corresponds with vendors and internal department for proper documentation handling.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), check list, and related paperwork
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 2 years’ experience in service coordination, customer support, sales administration or any related job role
■ ADVANTAGES
・Preferably candidate in HVAC, refrigeration, or M&E industry.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and English communication.
