Job Description

•  Develop and expand relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and other key project stakeholders.
• Actively prospect for new project leads in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the design and procurement teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, contract negotiation, and project follow-up.
• Represent company in industry networking events, design expos, and relevant trade shows to build brand visibility within the design and build community.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities in the project segment.

Job Requirements

•   Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project sales.
• Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Strong network and experience in dealing with developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
