Strategic HR Management

<li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives.</li>
<li>Advise senior management on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational structure.</li>

Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection.</li>
<li>Design and oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.</li>
</ul>
Employee Benefits &amp; Welfare

<li>Administer staff benefits programs (medical, insurance, leave entitlements) in compliance with local regulations.</li>
