- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Key Technical & Functional Skills
- Technical skills: Malaysian Labor Laws (Employment Act), Policy Drafting & Interpretation, Documentation & Report Writing, Training & Presentation
- System Proficiency: Experienced in using Rymnet (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite

- Soft skills: Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Analytical, Problem-Solving, Confidentiality. Integrity, Effective Communication
4. Decision Making Authority
