<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and partners.</li>
<li>Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, agreements, pleadings, and other legal materials.</li>
<li>Manage filing systems (both physical and electronic) and ensure proper document control and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, court hearings, and client appointments.</li>
<li>Handle court filing, e-filing, and liaise with court registries, government departments, and other relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Manage lawyers’ calendars, deadlines, and reminders for hearings, submissions, and key dates.</li>
<li>Draft standard letters and simple legal documents under supervision.</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and emails promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Assist in billing, timekeeping, and expense management for the department.</li>
<li>Perform other general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and courier arrangements.</li>
