Then read on.About the RoleResponsible for department administrative duties and coordinating the activities for the department in a timely manner.Department Support<ul><li>Assist new agents onboarding and participate in new agents onboarding logistic arrangements.</li><li>Managing the building maintenance including office for agencies.</li><li>Attend to telephone call and take appropriate actions.</li><li>Responsible for department meeting arrangement and ensure update of progress status on periodic basis.</li><li>Keep track and monitor of agents’ business progress report and activities.</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Check department staff claims.</li><li>Check and monitor travelling claims for dept staff.</li><li>Keep track on staff internal/ external training.</li><li>Monitor department staff leave records to ensure proper work activities management.</li><li>Design business flyers and collaterals for short and long-term incentive.</li></ul>Budget Planning Coordination and Control<ul><li>Keep track of departmental expenses and highlight to Head of Department to ensure proper control.</li><li>Prepare quarterly and monthly breakdown expenses to Finance upon receiving their instructions.</li></ul>Payment and Approval Process<ul><li>Check invoices against quotations.</li><li>Ensure payments are in accordance to the Compliance Guidelines&nbsp;before seeking approval.</li></ul>Reports<ul><li>Preparing the periodic management reports, including regional reporting (contests, daily reporting).</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Diploma holder and above.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from the insurance industry.</li><li>Independent and possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office i.e., Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint.</li></ul>#LI-DNIBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
