Assist in executing training programs, roadshows, and claims clinics, and contribute to new initiatives that enhance agent capabilities, maintain a sustainable health portfolio, and improve customer experience.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><h3></h3><h3>Agent &amp; Corporate Client Education</h3><ul><li>Curate training on medical insurance products, claims processes, and policy guidelines.</li><li>Support agents in understanding exclusions, co-pay structures, and SMART/preferred panel steerage.</li><li>Promote claims guidance, new initiatives, and FWA awareness.</li><li>Support agents in positioning products based on customer needs and claims insights.</li></ul><h3>Agency Focus Group &amp; Community Learning</h3><ul><li>Organize focus groups to gather agent feedback on training, tools, and claims processes.</li><li>Facilitate peer coaching, forums, and medical symposiums with SMART panel hospitals.</li><li>Share success stories and best practices across agencies.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for nationwide roadshows, workshops, and claims clinics.</li><li>Track attendance, feedback, and knowledge improvement metrics.</li></ul><h3>Claims Advisory &amp; Escalation Support</h3><ul><li>Liaise with agents and clients to clarify claims issues and provide guidance.</li><li>Provide feedback to internal teams on agent/client concerns.</li></ul><h3>Support for Agent Role Transformation</h3><ul><li>Support onboarding and continuous learning aligned with the “Protect Well &amp; Get Well” journey.</li><li>Coordinate with APAC, Branch Ops, and Regional Squads to align support structures.</li></ul><h3>Support for New Initiatives</h3><ul><li>Assist in rolling out new healthcare-related initiatives and digital tools.</li><li>Pilot and evaluate new engagement models and training formats.</li><li>Provide feedback from agents and clients to refine initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Maintaining a Sustainable Health Portfolio</h3><ul><li>Promote responsible product positioning and claims behavior to support long-term portfolio health.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address emerging risks to portfolio sustainability.</li><li>Support initiatives that enhance affordability, risk pooling, and responsible healthcare consumption.</li></ul><h3>Data &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li>Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.</li><li>Contribute to dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Minimum Job Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, insurance, business, or related field.</li><li>More than 5 years of experience in insurance, healthcare advisory, or client engagement.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.</i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i><span>You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
