Liaise with Collection Team to have effective communication to process payment</li><li>Closely follow up with Collection Team regarding over/short payment from customer as well as unallocated terms and unknown payments</li><li>Be flexible to change supporting regions when the workload requires</li><li>Meet yearly KPIs goal on monthly basis including SLA and unallocated cash</li><li>Support on any SOX and statutory audit inquiries from internal and external auditors.
