<h2>Job Brief</h2>
AK Green Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to support and manage our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, a good understanding of Malaysian labour law, and the ability to work in a dynamic, environmentally-focused organisation.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements</li>
<li>Administer payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant legislation</li>
<li>Support performance management processes including probation reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans</li>
<li>Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and counselling sessions</li>
<li>Coordinate training and development programmes to support staff upskilling and career growth</li>
<li>Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions</li>
<li>Liaise with government bodies and external agencies when required</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review</li>
</ul>
