Key Responsibilities

Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, overtime, and absenteeism.
Manage leave applications including annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, and emergency leave.
Follow up on attendance discrepancies, late clock-ins, and disciplinary matters.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate attendance records.
Coordinate statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and payroll documentation.
Manage claims, allowances, overtime calculations, and deductions.
Handle employee grievances and provide HR support.
Draft and issue HR-related letters such as:
Show Cause Letters
Warning Letters
Confirmation Letters
Memo / Internal Notices
Support disciplinary investigations and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs.
Monitor probation review and confirmation process.
Assist in performance appraisal activities.
Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian Employment Act and company regulations.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documents.
Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance, headcount, turnover, leave, disciplinary records).
Handle foreign worker documentation (if applicable).
Support audit and compliance requirements.
Liaise with government agencies, recruitment platforms, and external vendors.
Support employee engagement activities.
Assist management with HR planning and manpower requirements.
Perform any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by management.
