Job Description

1. 1. 1. Achieve Bank’s NBD, NPL Inventory, delinquency and cost targets
    2. Achieve targets formalized through Individual Performance Plan – “IPP”
    3. Achieve performance scorecard established, where applicable
    4. Manage portfolio assigned by maximizing recoveries and minimizing NBD losses
    5. Delivery of any assignment(s) assigned from time to time
    6. Management and prompt commencement of legal action for delinquent accounts
