Job Description

Support the Global Total Rewards function by providing compensation and benefits analyses and recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.

Analyze compensation data and market trends to propose adjustments aligned with business needs.

Lead and drive participation in salary surveys for a numbers of countries.

Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of global compensation and benefits programs, systems, and processes.

Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly headcount reports.

Coordinate and support roll out of global total rewards programs and processes, including training, systems, communication and others.

Conduct job evaluations and prepare compensation analyses and recommendations for roles up to middle management.

Develop clear employee communications on compensation and benefits topics.

Act as a systems super-user for SuccessFactors (modules employee central and compensation)

Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
