Job Description

Managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialist positions across multiple functions and geographies within APAC.

Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, continuously train hiring managers in talent identification and interviewing.

Acting as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices in the region.

Designing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier and hard-to-find talent.

Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical business functions.

Driving direct sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.

Ensuring an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Defining, implementing and supporting employer branding initiatives and talent community development (local/regional).

Using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness.

Collaborating with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition projects.

Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate assessment methodologies.

Digitization of recruitment to reduce administrative efforts and win more time for talent identification and consultancy.
