Job Description

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Compile new hire documents and perform accurate data entry in the company’s database.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidate information and recruitment activities using the organization's applicant tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or any related field. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Strong proficiency in English & Mandarin languages
• Passion for learning and professional development.
• Open to candidates who wants to do compulsory // non-compulsory internship during their studies!
