People Experience Department Intern
Company: AMR People Solution Sdn Bhd
Location: Unit 10-2 KLTS, No.99, Jalan Gombak, 53000 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

Intake periods are available in August onwor

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager and HR Personnel on ad hoc assignments
• Updating the in-company data with new staff's information like personal details and employment related documents.
• Sustain department records and reports.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
• Updating the in-company data with new staff's information like personal details and employment related documents.
• Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Screening resumes and application forms.
• Arrange for an interview for the shortlisted candidate.
• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Updating databases internally
• Helping with various arrangements internally
• Dealing with email enquiries

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Candidate to possess at bachelor's degree.
• Able to multi-tasks and priorities duties.
• Must have your own laptop
• Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
• Has good interpersonal skills, independent and able to communicate well with the team.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior.
