Our Mission

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth in B2B modern trade (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Chain Pharmacies, and baby specialty stores, etc.) channels across Malaysia. You’ll be the key person in shaping strategic partnership, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in line with company goals. This role demands a proactive leader with deep FMCG market knowledge, exceptional team management skills, and a passion to achieve maximum visibility and sell-through on shelf.

I. Primary Responsibility:
<ins>Account Management and Sales Strategy:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Own and grow revenue for assigned key accounts (e.g., Aeon, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer, Alpro Baby, etc.)</li>
<li>Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.</li>
<li>Negotiate trade terms, agreements, listings, margins and in-store visibility.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive promotional activities <ins>Sales Planning &amp; Execution:</ins></li>
<li>Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales target by account.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to forecast demand to secure sufficient stocks. <ins>Team Leadership:</ins></li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a high-performance sales culture. <ins>Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting:</ins></li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.</li>
<li>Plan, implement and track promotional activities and in-store campaigns to maximize ROI.</li>
<li>Recommend initiatives to optimize sales performance and profitability. <ins>Operational Management:</ins></li>
<li>Oversee regional sales budgets and expenditures.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless execution of supply chain and logistics within the region.</li>
<li>Align with internal stakeholders to streamline operations and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
