About the Role
We're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&amp;D function and take ownership of product development — from first concept sketch to certified, production-ready design. This isn't a routine drafting role: you'll be at the center of how our products evolve, working on real engineering problems that shape what gets manufactured, tested, and shipped to EPC and industrial customers globally.

Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead R&amp;D initiatives to design and develop new products and product variants using 3D CAD (SolidWorks) — from concept through to production-ready drawings with proper tolerancing and revision control</li>
<li>Research materials, manufacturing methods, and industry standards (e.g. NEMA VE1, IEC 61537) to push product performance, strength-to-weight ratio, and cost-efficiency forward</li>
<li>Translate customer and market requirements into innovative, manufacturable engineering solutions</li>
<li>Design and build testing jigs, fixtures, and validation setups to physically prove out new designs</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain detailed engineering, fabrication, and assembly drawings, along with technical documentation (installation guides, load rating datasheets, product specs)</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement of existing products for manufacturability, performance, and quality</li>
<li>Benchmark competitor products and emerging designs to identify opportunities for differentiation</li>
<li>Provide technical support to Production, Sales, and Customers during design, fabrication, and installation</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new designs move smoothly from prototype to full production</li>
<li>Contribute ideas and lead initiatives as part of the company's broader innovation and engineering roadmap</li>
</ul>

• Lead R&amp;D: use SolidWorks to take concepts to certified production; build test rigs and docs.
• Design industrial products for EPC customers worldwide.
• Own product development to certification; drive innovation and global impact!
