<li>Maintain accurate records for client jobs, contracts, and vendor documentation.</li>
<li>Support HR and finance functions such as attendance tracking, claim processing, and invoicing.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth office workflow and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.</li>
