<li>Assist in logging and tracking IT incidents and service requests via the Jira ITSM system.</li>
<li>Provide basic technical support for users under the supervision of IT Executives, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.</li>
<li>Help document recurring incidents and contribute to root cause analysis</li>
<li>Learn to manage tickets, prioritize issues, and maintain SLA compliance.</li>

<li>Hardware, Network, and System Support: </li>
<ul>
<li>Support the setup, installation, and maintenance of laptops, printers, and meeting room VC equipment (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms).</li>
<li>Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, and access issues).</li>
<li>Participate in system monitoring and help update documentation for infrastructure changes.</li>

<li>Asset Management:</li>
