<li>Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.).</li>
<li>Manages performance management process in alignment with company recognition and reward programs</li>
<li>Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.</li>
