They specialize in assisting businesses to identify and manage potential hazards, aiming to minimize exposure to financial risks and ensure adequate protection of property and operations.&nbsp; Currently, they are looking for a Broker Support Assistant to join the team, The Broking Support Officer will manage a diverse range of responsibilities supporting our service&nbsp;team to service their clients and general business needs. Key Responsibilities&nbsp; <ul><li>Processing of manual Invoices and Schedules.</li> <li>Arranging Certificates of Currency for all classes of Insurance.</li> <li>Preparation of Renewal Reviews for Brokers and requesting renewal documentation from Insurers / clients.</li> <li>Assisting the onshore team with their claims management, which includes placing / following up claims with insurers, liaising with clients / the broking team as required and obtaining Claims Histories from Insurers.</li> <li>Regular emails to clients throughout the year to confirm if their policy needs to change.</li> <li>Management of Client Debtors.</li> <li>Follow up of outstanding client documentation &amp; Uploading of documentation to Internal and External Systems including Filing.</li> <li>Take initiative to highlighting process improvements - maintain and update broking processes and procedures.</li> <li>Stay up to date on the Australian Insurance industry and market.</li> </ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.</li> <li>MUST have recent insurance experience, preferably Australian Insurance.
