<li>Assist customers with placing orders, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and follow-up.</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services, sharing this information with relevant teams.</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales, technical support, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide customers with guidance on pool maintenance and usage, helping them make informed decisions regarding their pool care.</li>
