<li>Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations in China</li>
<li>Collaborate with the regional HR team to coordinate HR-related activities and initiatives across different markets</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR processes, systems, and tools to drive operational efficiency</li>
