Job Description
Aspiro Sdn Bhd, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a Human Resources Executive (China Support) to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving HR initiatives and ensuring seamless HR operations for our China-based business units.

What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive HR support to our China-based teams, including managing employee onboarding, leaves, benefits, and other day-to-day HR matters
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations in China
- Collaborate with the regional HR team to coordinate HR-related activities and initiatives across different markets
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR processes, systems, and tools to drive operational efficiency
Job Requirements
Who we're looking for
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Vacancy open for fresh graduates OR talent with 1 year working experience
- Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
