Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
Promotion &amp; Managing of Test Center
<ol>
<li>To manage day-to-day operations of the Test Center;</li>
<li>To administer and invigilate various tests (ie, PTE Academic, PMI, UCAT, RGOC, etc) following established guidelines;</li>
<li>To ensure the Test Center operates on a commercially profitable and viable position;</li>
<li>To ensure that all tests are administered and carried out with in relevant policies, guidelines, and standards;</li>
<li>To ensure confidentiality of test results;</li>
<li>To comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies;</li>
<li>To troubleshoot all technical issues with internal and external team;</li>
<li>Liaison person with all test providers (Pearson, AEAS, British Council IELTs, etc) on any ongoing concerns, issues or promotions;</li>
<li>To achieve the target given by management;</li>
<li>To prepare and upkeep monthly reports for submission to management and accounts department;</li>
<li>To attend to all potential exam enquiries and registrations;</li>
<li>To ensure all promotion materials are up to date and available for counsellors to utilize;</li>
<li>To upkeep and maintain testing inventories to ensure functionality and items remain in good condition</li>
</ol>
Other Administrative Supports

<li>To support counselling teams with marketing task, ie:</li>
