<li>Maintain and uphold the restaurant’s standards for portion sizes, meat quality, and presentation.</li>
<li>Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures, including cleaning work areas and maintaining equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure all tools, knives, and machines are maintained in good working condition and sharpened regularly.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate any shortages or stock issues to the kitchen manager.</li>
<li>Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring meats are handled and stored according to health and safety regulations.</li>
