 Front Desk / Receptionist (Full-Time)
Ayana Sama Wellness — Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Ayana Sama Wellness is a growing reflexology and wellness brand focused on comfort, professionalism, and a premium guest experience. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Front Desk / Receptionist to support our daily operations and be the first welcoming touchpoint for our guests.

As part of the front desk team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer flow, accurate cashier handling, and a calm, pleasant experience aligned with the Ayana Sama ambience.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer check-ins, walk-ins, queue flow, and booking system
• Provide warm greetings, service explanations, and customer guidance
• Handle basic customer enquiries and Level 1 complaints professionally
• Execute sales transactions, promote packages, and upsell add-ons
• Perform cashier duties and ensure accurate daily closing
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
• Capture simple content and support in-store promotions when needed

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Good communication skills (Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Responsible, punctual, well-groomed, and presentable
• Experience in customer service, spa, retail, or F&B is an advantage
• Able to work 13-hour shifts on a rotating, shift-based schedule
• Willing to work 5 days per week
