<p>Our roots can be traced back to 15 March 1907 where The Ayer Hitam Planting Syndicate Limited was founded and mainly cultivated rubber at Bukit Hitam Estate, Selangor.</p>
<p>On 28 March 1961, the Company was listed on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and its principal activities included rubber and oil palm plantations, and property development encompassing homes, commercial units and industrial buildings. Celebrating a century of achievements in 2007, we adopted a new name, TAHPS Group Berhad.</p>

<p><div class="our-journey"> <div class="our-journey__text pb-5"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> <p><b>Scope of Responsibilities:</b></p> <p>Support HR function through effective data-driven HR reporting, analytics, HRIS system implementation and maintenance, and overall HR operations by proposing process improvements for AYER Holdings Berhad and its subsidiary companies (“Group”).</p> <p><b>Primary Duties:</b></p> <p>a) Develop, maintain, and analyse HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.</p> <p>b) Take charge as the key person for HRIS system implementation project setup, by involving hands-on in data migration phase and monitoring the progress of the project from beginning stage till go-live.</p> <p>c) Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, engagement metrics, to drive process efficiency and workforce planning.</p> <p>d) Prepare relevant reports (monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc HR reports for management and stakeholders when required.</p> <p>e) Perform data collection and consolidation from internal resources (soft copy/ hard copy) through manual checking from files or shared drives.</p> </div> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> <p>f) Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS systems by collaborating with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful HRIS project delivery.</p> <p>g) Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.</p> <p>h) Develop and involved in improving day-to-day HR processes/ operations, including employee records management and compliance documentation for onboarding and offboarding activities by working together within HRA team. Ensure HR policies, processes, and SOPs are up-to-date and adhered to.</p> <p>i) Involve and contribute to the rolling out of HR initiatives including performance management, learning &amp; development, and employee engagement.</p> <p>j) Provide support to continuous improvement projects and HR change management strategies.</p> <p>k) Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and support.</p> <p>l) Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management/ Head of Dept from time to time.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div></p>
