Our roots can be traced back to 15 March 1907 where The Ayer Hitam Planting Syndicate Limited was founded and mainly cultivated rubber at Bukit Hitam Estate, Selangor.
On 28 March 1961, the Company was listed on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and its principal activities included rubber and oil palm plantations, and property development encompassing homes, commercial units and industrial buildings. Celebrating a century of achievements in 2007, we adopted a new name, TAHPS Group Berhad.

<div class="our-journey"> <div class="our-journey__text pb-5"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> Scope of Responsibilities: a) Responsible for managing, executing, and overseeing all HR and Admin matters and functions of AYER Holdings Berhad and its subsidiary companies (“Group”). b) Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Group’s HR functions, policies, procedures, and programs in line with the Group’s strategy, business plans, and budgets. c) Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the effective operations and compliance of the Admin policies and procedures throughout the Group. Primary Duties: a) Ensure timely and accuracy of monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement. b) Prepare employee related statistical reports to Internal (auditor, company secretary) and External parties (Tax consultant, Bursa). c) Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and statutory requirements on all HR and admin related processes and procedures. d) Work closely with insurance broker, analyse tabulations and ensure comparisons are made accordingly. Prepare approval paper and ensure Group Insurance are renewed in a timely manner. </div> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> e) Coordinate and liaise with insurance broker/insurance companies on renewal of Company annual general insurance, additions, deletion and insurance claims. f) Prepare employee data and consolidate annual performance summary for annual review exercise. g) To develop and implement best practices on Administration scope of work including managing outsourced cleaner services, sourcing for quotations and working with external vendors. h) To improvise the methodology of the Group’s competency assessment system. i) Providing advice and assistance to Senior Management in developing HR strategies and budget in line with organization objectives and goals. Review and update existing policies, procedures and systems and to ensure all HR matters are in compliance with laws and regulation. j) To assist in the overall management of the Group in any delegated assignments as part of the Management Team. k) To carry out any assignments that maybe delegated by the Management from time to time. l) Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time. </div> </div> </div> </div>
