<li>Optimize the company’s compensation and benefits system to attract, retain, and motivate talent.</li>
<li>Compile and submit various compensation-related data, including employee payroll, bonuses, and benefits.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on the annual total compensation and labor costs.</li>
<li>Handle employee onboarding, termination, confirmations, transfers, and updates in the EHR system.</li>
<li>Administer employee EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions and ensure timely registration and compliance with statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate monthly attendance, overtime, and respective allowance records.</li>
<li>Update and manage employee information and maintain HR personnel files.</li>
<li>Plan and execute annual recruitment strategy; expand recruitment channels and build talent pipelines.</li>
<li>Define departmental functions, job structures, and staffing plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate the preparation and updates of job descriptions across departments.</li>
<li>Manage official stamp usage and approval processes.</li>
<li>Handle reception and front desk duties, including maintenance of meeting areas and coordination of visitor management.</li>
<li>Oversee company vehicle usage.</li>
<li>Organize and support daily administrative operations, both internal and external.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain company physical assets in good working condition.</li>
<li>Collect, classify, and archive company documents and electronic files in accordance with company standards.</li>
