What We Do

Roles &amp; Responsibilities
<ol>
<li>Conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos which include Research, Discovery Calls, Identify Objectives, creating project plans, conduct regular customer calls, providing pre-call goals and resources, and following up with customers on the next steps.</li>
<li>Evaluate a customer's current tech stack, recommend an onboarding approach, and develop a plan to lead the customer to long-term success.</li>
<li>On-going attention to product adoption and developing a growth plan for their future success using HubSpot.</li>
<li>Advise clients on HubSpot best practices and work with clients to guide their initial HubSpot setup.</li>
<li>Build strong client relationships through transparency, candid communication, business understanding, and excellent execution and delivery. </li>
<li>Understanding customer context and goals and providing product information to best serve those goals.</li>
<li>Educating customers and optimizing their product setup for the quickest path to success.</li>
<li>Eliminating roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals: product issues, poor implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps, or simply poor product understanding.</li>
<li>Improving product adoption, and customer retention, and helping foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.</li>
<li>Assisting customer support with customer issues and requests.</li>
<li>Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.</li>
<li>Build processes and procedures for internal team.</li>
