Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage incoming and assigned leads — qualifying prospects, understanding client needs, and offering tailored training solutions (public, in-house, or e-learning). From the first contact to closing, your role is to build trust, solve problems, and drive sales growth in the exciting world of corporate learning and development. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with assigned or incoming leads — phone, email, LinkedIn, and yes, sometimes cold calls.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and decision-making processes.
  • Recommend the right solutions — public programs, in-house training, teambuilding, or e-learning.
  • Craft and send proposals, follow up like a pro, and close the deal.
  • Hit your monthly personal sales target and support the team pipeline. 
  • Collaborate with trainers, content creators, operations, and marketing to deliver results.


Job Requirements

 Who You Are:

  • You’re a natural connector with strong communication skills and business acumen — meaning you can understand client needs, ask the right questions, and propose training solutions that solve real business problems, not just tick boxes. 
  • 1–3 years experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or account management.
  • Comfortable with qualifying leads and cold calling.
  • Passionate about learning and people development training trends.
  • Fluent in English & BM (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Driven, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — as long as you’re proactive, resilient, eager to learn, and confident in communicating with people. 
  • Possess a valid driving license and has own transport (e.g. car) as this role requires you to travel within Klang Valley and outstation.
