Jaedals is a Singapore-based, socially conscious footwear brand expanding into Malaysia. We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive all-rounder based in Kuala Lumpur to support our growth on the ground.

This role covers retail support, customer service, basic operations, and social media DMs. You’ll work closely with the founder, support pop-ups and retail partners, handle Malaysia customer enquiries, and help bring the brand to life locally.

This is a full-time, work-from-home (initially) role with on-the-ground work, ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who loves fashion, retail, and wants real startup experience.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Business Support

• Support retail opportunities (pop-ups, consignments, partnerships)
   
• Assist with onboarding and coordination of retail partners
   
• Be present on the ground for activations and partner meetings
   

Customer Service (Malaysia)

• Handle customer enquiries, exchanges, and returns for Malaysia orders
   
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ on order and stock-related issues
   

Operations & Logistics

• Support stock movement, deliveries, and basic inventory tracking
   
• Assist with logistics for retail activations and partners
• Admin and logistics to custom clearance and warehouse management
   

Social Media & Digital Support

• Manage and respond to social media DMs for Malaysian customers
   
• Support basic online customer communication
   

Founder & Brand Support

• Act as the founder’s on-the-ground support in Malaysia
   
• Execute ad-hoc tasks common in an early-stage market expansion

• Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work independently
   
• Early-career to junior executive level (fresh graduates welcome)
   
• Interest in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
   
• Comfortable being hands-on and doing a mix of tasks (no fixed job scope)
   
• Able to manage customer enquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally
   
• Confident communicating via WhatsApp, email, and social media DMs
   
• Organized and reliable when handling logistics, stock coordination, and follow-ups
   
• Willing to be on the ground for pop-ups, retail activations, and partner meetings
   
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
   
• Able to take direction from the founder while working independently day-to-day
   
• Basic familiarity with tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp, Instagram, and spreadsheets
   
• Good written and spoken English (Mandarin or Bahasa is a bonus, not required)
