Job description
Responsible for executing the company’s procurement activities, including soliciting and clarifying sourcing requirements from sales team, sourcing and liaising with multi-vendors, and assisting Head of Procurement in guiding team members, to fulfill project deliveries that meet schedule, budget and specifications. Detailed activities comprising:
<ul>
<li>Planning, normalizing and consolidating orders, to achieve full cost optimization.</li>
<li>Sourcing, evaluating, comparing and negotiating prices from multi-vendors to obtain the most ideal supply options that also include quality and price guarantee period.</li>
<li>Close coordination with logistics and warehouse operation team to plan real-time replenishment of common selling items.</li>
<li>Provide real-time dashboard on fulfillment status and trending to sales team, and also monthly management report.</li>
</ul>
