<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>

<h4>Administrative Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Organize calendars, schedule &amp; manage meetings, and take meeting notes</li>
<li>Assist with internal communications and follow-ups</li>
<li>Help manage internal office administration tasks such as supplies, staff claims, travel bookings, and team coordination (team buildings)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Management Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in formatting and organizing meetings &amp; presentations (key vendors, management &amp; HODs)</li>
<li>Track management timelines, meeting deadlines with support from the team</li>
<li>Help coordinate meetings and check-ins between departments</li>
<li>New business expansion</li>
</ul>
<h4>Documentation &amp; Compliance</h4>
<ul>
<li>Quotation &amp; Invoice issuance &amp; Control</li>
<li>Maintain digital filing of documents including agreements, e-invoicing, company business information, and client contracts (working closely with our accountants &amp; taxator)</li>
<li>Support in preparing standard documents for client onboarding or supplier registration</li>
<li>Budget control</li>
</ul>
<h4>Basic Financial &amp; Grant Tasks</h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist with gathering documents for reimbursements, marketing spends, and invoicing</li>
<li>Help research and compile information for grant applications&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
