<ol>
<li>To assist and support team members in daily operation of the Company which include corporate secretarial, tax, immigration and related matters</li>
<li>To assist all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations.</li>
<li>To assist in the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings, annual returns, tax returns and other corporate secretarial documents.</li>
<li>To monitor and ensure that the statutory records/ registers are properly kept and updated for both physical copies and soft copies.</li>
<li>To provide quality and timely client servicing i.e. attend to client's enquiries via email or phone call, ensure deliverables to clients are delivered on timely basis and of quality (error-free)</li>
<li>To manage billings and collection.</li>
<li>To complete all assigned work in a proper and timely manner</li>
<li>Adhere to company's policies and SOP</li>
<li>Perform other tasks assigned from time to time</li>
</ol>
