We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event/Project Executive to join our event management team. The Project Executive will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing events for our clients, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. &nbsp;

<li>Event Planning &amp; Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution, ensuring all logistical details are addressed, including venues, vendors, and resources.</li>
<li>Client Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the event lifecycle.</li>
<li>Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and ensure all tasks are completed according to the timeline and budget. Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and budgets.</li>
<li>Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors to secure services and negotiate contracts. Ensure vendors deliver services as per the event requirements.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth event execution.</li>
<li>On-Site Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown on the day of the event to ensure all details are handled properly and in line with client expectations.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for each project, including contracts, invoices, and event reports. Provide post-event evaluations and feedback to improve future processes.</li>
