Job Description

  • To Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Management.
  • To track individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and results.
  • To oversee the property sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring deals move smoothly and efficiently through each stage.
  • To manage all sales launches, attend to walk-in customers and all forms of sales enquiries.
  • To build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential buyers as well as real estate agencies.
  • To identify the issues, challenges and conduct market research on property market trends and competitors’ analysis.
  • To utilize CRM software to track leads, contacts, interactions, and sales, ensuring data is up to date.
  • To prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance, opportunities, challenges, and forecasts.
  • To analyze the sales data to identify trends, recommend areas for improvements and optimize strategies to boost property sales.
  • To ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the property offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • To participate in all the launches and promotional events.
  • Ensure sales gallery/ show units/ exhibition booth are in tip-top condition.
  • Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.

  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Sales & customers service oriented, pro-active and resourceful.
  • Willing to work on weekends and/ or public holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
