Job Description

  • Report to the General Manager and take full responsibility for sales strategy planning and revenue achievement across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, etc.).
  • Develop mid-to-long-term regional market expansion strategies to drive scalable brand growth.
  • Establish and optimize distributor networks and key account systems to build a sustainable and scalable channel structure.
  • Lead annual sales target planning and KPI breakdown, taking responsibility for revenue and profitability performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to develop pricing strategies and brand positioning.
  • Lead negotiations for major projects and strategic key accounts.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and headquarters teams to ensure delivery efficiency and market responsiveness.
  • Build and manage regional sales teams according to business expansion needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in Southeast Asia markets with strong knowledge of multi-country channel structures and business environments.
  • Strong capability in building markets from zero to scale revenue growth.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay or other Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Southeast Asia (50%–80% travel requirement).
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, PPE, or consumer electronics industries is preferred.
