Job Description:

<li>Issue Purchase Orders timely.</li>
<li>Provide and follow up on delivery schedules with suppliers.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers on On-Time Delivery, rescheduling, and PO cancellations.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with internal teams on shipment status, incoming inspection, GRN &amp; MRB issues, and forecast plans to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Check and follow up on import arrangements.</li>
<li>Prepare material forecasts (materials and components).</li>
<li>Request quotations, source materials, and negotiate prices.</li>
<li>Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.</li>
</ul>
