Job Description

🌍 Redefining how people live.

At Blueground, we believe that when your base is reliable, the world opens up. That’s why we’re building the world’s leading platform for living.

Every year, 350 million people move between cities—yet today’s housing options haven’t caught up with the needs of this modern, mobile generation. Blueground was built to change that.

With 40,000+ homes across the globe, available for stays from a few days to a year or more, we’re just getting started. We’re on an exponential growth path to redefine living and create an entirely new category. Our edge? Powerful proprietary tech, operational excellence, and a team that executes with speed and discipline.

Our culture is grounded in five principles:

  • Guests First – Every decision starts with their experience.
  • Move Fast – We value speed, momentum, and action.
  • Dive In – The magic is always in the details, and we go deep.
  • Embrace Change – Change isn’t a disruption; it’s how we grow.
  • Keep It Honest – Transparency accelerates progress—and strengthens relationships.

If you’re ready to do the best work of your life and help reshape how the world lives, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

We are looking for a Reservations Associate to join our centralized Sales & Reservations team to support our fast-growing operations.

You will handle inbound inquiries from guests and corporate clients looking to stay with Blueground, helping them find the right home and guiding them through the booking process.

This is not a cold-calling or outbound sales role — all leads are warm, coming from our website, booking partners, corporate inquiries, or referral channels.

Your goal is simple:
Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound reservation requests from multiple channels (phone, email, chat, platforms, and website inquiries) through the full reservation cycle, from inquiry to booking confirmation
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable Blueground properties
  • Maintain accurate records and actively manage your pipeline in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and quality client interactions
  • Collaborate with operations and customer experience teams to ensure a smooth handover from booking to move-in

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a fast-growing global company redefining urban living
  • Join at an exciting early stage of our Kuala Lumpur operations, where your work will have a visible impact on the market’s growth
  • Collaborate with an international team and gain exposure to cross-market practices
  • Clear career growth pathways with opportunities across functions and regions
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives

If you’re passionate about helping clients find their ideal home, enjoy building lasting relationships, and want to grow with a leading hospitality brand, we’d love to hear from you!
