🎯 Your Mission

To aggressively secure:

  • Corporate team building
  • Training programs
  • Travel agent collaborations
  • Brand partnerships

You are responsible for bringing in NEW business, not servicing inbound leads.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Outbound Business Development

  • Prospect and approach new corporate clients
  • Cold call, LinkedIn outreach & email pitching
  • Secure physical / virtual meetings
  • Present and close high-value contracts
  • Build long-term corporate accounts

2️⃣ Strategic Growth & Partnerships

  • Develop new revenue verticals
  • Build recurring deals
  • Explore new industries and untapped markets
  • Propose creative revenue ideas to management

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record of closing new accounts
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • High rejection tolerance
  • Self-driven and disciplined
  • Able to think strategically, not just tactically

Experience in corporate training, events, HR solutions, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
