Interns will be trained to interact with guests, manage bookings, and support daily outlet operations while developing confidence, professionalism, and teamwork skills.&nbsp;

Guest Engagement &amp; Experience

<li>Welcome guests, assist with bookings</li>
<li>Brief customers on what to expect during their Bomb Battle experience</li>
<li>Interact with customers before and after their games (photo-taking, collecting feedback)</li>
<li>Handle minor complaints or issues and escalate when necessary</li>
</ul>
Customer Communication &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, or social media DMs</li>
<li>Provide accurate information about game packages, pricing, operating hours, etc.</li>
<li>Follow up with group bookings and corporate/event enquiries (training provided)</li>
</ul>
Operations &amp; Front Desk Admin
<ul>
<li>Assist with ticketing, payments, issuing wristbands or uniforms (hazmat suits)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support game schedule coordination and guest flow with Game Marshals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help prepare the front-of-house area (cleanliness, promo materials, merchandise displays)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Teamwork &amp; Outlet Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Game Marshals, Supervisors, and the Outlet Manager</li>
<li>Assist during large group events (corporate bookings, birthday parties, etc.)</li>
<li>Participate in internal briefings and team meetings</li>
<li>Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the outlet</li>
</ul>
