<li>Assist in monitoring the export and import shipment processes under supervision.</li>
<li>Support coordination with the production team to follow up on order updates and assist in planning shipment arrangements.</li>
<li>Help in vessel bookings to ensure timely and smooth shipment scheduling.</li>
<li>Work closely with the freight forwarder to assist in coordinating export shipments, including container arrangements and preparing relevant shipping documents.</li>
<li>Support the coordination of import shipments, including assisting in the application of import permits, reviewing shipping documents, and updating the purchasing team.</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring shipment records are maintained accurately and timely, including shipment dates, shipping costs, and reporting of any damages to goods or containers.</li>
<li>Help monitor shipment accuracy in terms of quantity and item details.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining proper records and filing systems for shipping documents to support audit requirements.</li>
<li>Carry out other tasks and assignments as instructed by the management.</li>
<li>5 working days per week.</li>
