The Sales &amp; Marketing Executive (Freight Forwarding) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing new accounts, and promoting our sea/air/land freight services. As a founding member of this department, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our market presence and building long-term relationships with shippers and consignees<ins> </ins>
<ins>Responsibilities</ins>
Business Development &amp; Sales&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking and market research to grow the pipeline for sea, air and land freight.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Convert prospects into active accounts by proposing tailored LCL, FCL, air freight and customs brokerage solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates to close deals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate CRM and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to handover.</li>
</ul>
Marketing &amp; Brand Positioning&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and industry updates to keep Boustead Shipping Agencies Sdn Bhd's services competitive.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the creation of marketing materials and social media updates to increase brand visibility and attract leads.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage post-sales touchpoints to improve satisfaction and secure repeat business.</li>
</ul>
Coordination &amp; Strategy&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Liaise with Operations and Pricing to ensure quotes and service delivery meet client expectations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide regular reports on sales targets, market challenges and customer feedback to refine our sales approach.</li>
